Estos términos regulan el uso de FUTTEAM, una app de fútbol amateur en la que tienes una carta que evoluciona con tus partidos reales. Al crear una cuenta los aceptas. El titular del servicio es Mario Sanchez Colmenero, NIF 09233398W, con domicilio en calle Copenhague 53, portal 1A, piso 8B, 28922 Alcorcón (Madrid) y contacto en soporte@futteam.com.

Tu cuenta

• Hay que tener al menos 14 años.
• Una persona, una cuenta. El nombre de usuario es único y no puede suplantar a nadie.
• Eres responsable de lo que pase con tus credenciales.
• Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde la propia app, sin pedirnos permiso ni dar explicaciones.

Cómo se juega

Los resultados y los eventos de los partidos los registran los propios usuarios, y cuando hay dos clubes implicados los confirma el rival. FUTTEAM no arbitra ni verifica que lo que se registra ocurriera de verdad: cada partido lo cierra su organizador o el club contrario. Si alguien hace trampas, lo que hay son las herramientas del propio flujo — rechazar, escalar y corregir una validación.

Podemos suspender o cerrar una cuenta que falsee resultados de forma sistemática, suplante a otra persona, acose a otros usuarios o suba contenido ilegal, ofensivo o del que no tenga derechos.

Tolerancia cero con el contenido abusivo. Dentro de la app puedes reportar cualquier perfil o club y bloquear a cualquier usuario; los reportes se revisan en un plazo de 24 horas, y el contenido que incumpla estas normas se retira y puede costar la cuenta de quien lo subió.

Lo que subes

Las fotos, escudos y nombres que subas siguen siendo tuyos. Nos das permiso para mostrarlos dentro de la app, que es lo mínimo para que tu carta y tu club se vean. Al subir algo confirmas que tienes derecho a hacerlo. Si le pones foto a un miembro fantasma —una persona real sin cuenta—, confirmas que tienes su permiso, y esa persona puede pedirnos retirarla en cualquier momento.

Si algo de lo que subes sin tener derechos nos genera una reclamación de un tercero, la responsabilidad de esa reclamación es tuya.

Contenido que infringe derechos

Si crees que algo publicado en FUTTEAM infringe tus derechos —de imagen, de autor o de marca—, escríbenos a soporte@futteam.com indicando qué contenido es, dónde está y por qué te pertenece. Lo revisamos en un plazo de 24 horas y, si la reclamación está fundada, lo retiramos. Quien suba contenido infractor de forma reiterada pierde la cuenta.

Suscripciones

FUTTEAM se puede usar gratis. Hay además tres planes de pago que amplían los topes de creación y la evolución de tu carta:

Condiciones, tal y como funcionan en la tienda:

• El pago se carga en tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play al confirmar la compra.
• La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo en curso.
• La renovación se cobra dentro de las 24 horas previas al fin del periodo, al precio del plan contratado.
• La gestión y la cancelación se hacen desde los ajustes de tu cuenta de la tienda. También tienes un acceso directo en la app, en Perfil › Gestionar mi suscripción. No podemos cancelarla nosotros: ni Apple ni Google lo permiten desde dentro de la app.
• El plan Player incluye 7 días de prueba gratuita. Es una por cuenta de tienda; Pro y Elite no la tienen. Si no cancelas antes de que termine, la suscripción empieza a cobrarse.
• Los precios pueden variar según el país y llevan los impuestos incluidos.

Las devoluciones las gestiona la tienda donde compraste, según su propia política. Si bajas de plan o lo cancelas no pierdes nada de lo que ya tenías — tus clubes, tus competiciones y lo que tu carta haya subido siguen ahí; lo que dejas de poder hacer es crear más. La única excepción es el fullart, un efecto visual que se apaga al terminar la suscripción y hay que volver a activar si te suscribes otra vez.

Puntos, cartas y cosméticos

Los puntos, las fichas de subida, los estilos de carta y el resto de cosméticos son elementos virtuales dentro del juego. No son dinero, no tienen valor fuera de la app, no se pueden vender ni transferir, y no se canjean por dinero. Al cerrar tu cuenta desaparecen.

Las temporadas van del 1 de agosto al 31 de julio. Al empezar una nueva, las cartas vuelven a su punto de partida y se guarda una foto de cómo acabó la anterior: es parte del juego, no una pérdida de datos.

Disponibilidad y responsabilidad

Hacemos lo posible por que la app esté siempre disponible, pero no lo podemos garantizar: puede haber cortes, mantenimientos o fallos. Tampoco respondemos de lo que ocurra en los partidos reales que organices a través de la app — quedar, jugar y lo que pase en el campo es cosa vuestra.

En la medida en que la ley lo permite, no respondemos de daños indirectos ni de pérdidas causadas por fallos de terceros fuera de nuestro control. Nada de este apartado limita los derechos que la normativa de consumo te reconoce, ni nuestra responsabilidad en caso de dolo o negligencia grave.

Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos términos. Si el cambio es relevante te avisaremos dentro de la app, y seguir usándola después supone aceptarlo. La fecha de arriba indica siempre la última versión.

Si algún día tuviéramos que cerrar FUTTEAM o retirar una parte importante del servicio, lo anunciaremos dentro de la app con al menos 30 días de antelación. Si tienes una suscripción activa, el periodo ya pagado se gestiona a través de la tienda donde compraste, según su política de devoluciones.

Ley aplicable

Se aplica la legislación española. Si eres consumidor, conservas los derechos que te reconozca la normativa de tu país de residencia, y cualquier reclamación puede resolverse ante los tribunales de tu domicilio.

These terms govern the use of FUTTEAM, an amateur football app in which you have a card that evolves with your real matches. By creating an account you accept them. Your account

• You must be at least 14 years old.
• One person, one account. Your username is unique and may not impersonate anyone.
• You are responsible for whatever happens with your credentials.
• You can delete your account whenever you want from the app itself, without asking us for permission or giving any explanation.

How the game works

Match results and events are recorded by the users themselves, and when two clubs are involved the opponent confirms them. FUTTEAM does not referee, nor does it verify that what is recorded actually happened: each match is closed by its organiser or by the opposing club. If someone cheats, what there is are the tools of the flow itself — rejecting, escalating and correcting a validation.

We may suspend or close an account that systematically falsifies results, impersonates another person, harasses other users or uploads content that is illegal, offensive or to which they hold no rights.

Zero tolerance for abusive content. Inside the app you can report any profile or club and block any user; reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and content that breaches these rules is taken down and may cost the account of whoever uploaded it.

What you upload

The photos, crests and names you upload remain yours. You give us permission to display them inside the app, which is the minimum needed for your card and your club to be seen. By uploading something you confirm that you have the right to do so. If you add a photo to a ghost member —a real person without an account—, you confirm that you have their permission, and that person can ask us to take it down at any time.

If something you upload without holding the rights to it gives rise to a third-party claim against us, the responsibility for that claim is yours.

Content that infringes rights

If you believe that something published on FUTTEAM infringes your rights —of image, of copyright or of trade mark—, write to us at soporte@futteam.com stating what the content is, where it is and why it belongs to you. We review it within 24 hours and, if the claim is well founded, we take it down. Anyone who repeatedly uploads infringing content loses their account.

Subscriptions

FUTTEAM can be used for free. There are also three paid plans that raise the creation limits and the evolution of your card:

Conditions, exactly as they work in the store:

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the end of the period, at the price of the plan you took out.
• Management and cancellation are done from your store account settings. You also have a shortcut in the app, under Profile › Manage my subscription. We cannot cancel it ourselves: neither Apple nor Google allows it from inside the app.
• The Player plan includes a 7-day free trial. It is one per store account; Pro and Elite do not have it. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts being charged.
• Prices may vary by country and include taxes.

Refunds are handled by the store where you bought, according to its own policy. If you move down a plan or cancel it you lose nothing of what you already had — your clubs, your competitions and whatever your card has gained are still there; what you stop being able to do is create more. The only exception is the fullart, a visual effect that switches off when the subscription ends and has to be turned on again if you subscribe once more.

Points, cards and cosmetics

Points, boost tokens, card styles and the rest of the cosmetics are virtual items inside the game. They are not money, they have no value outside the app, they cannot be sold or transferred, and they cannot be exchanged for money. When you close your account they disappear.

Seasons run from 1 August to 31 July. When a new one starts, cards go back to their starting point and a snapshot of how the previous one ended is saved: it is part of the game, not a loss of data.

Availability and liability

We do everything we can to keep the app available at all times, but we cannot guarantee it: there may be outages, maintenance or failures. Nor are we responsible for what happens in the real matches you organise through the app — arranging them, playing them and whatever happens on the pitch is your own business.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by third-party failures outside our control. Nothing in this section limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection legislation, nor our liability in the event of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is significant we will let you know inside the app, and continuing to use it afterwards means accepting it. The date above always indicates the latest version.

If one day we had to close FUTTEAM down or withdraw a significant part of the service, we will announce it inside the app at least 30 days in advance. If you have an active subscription, the period already paid for is handled through the store where you bought it, according to its refund policy.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by the legislation of your country of residence, and any claim may be brought before the courts of your place of residence.
